The Middle East Leadership Academy is looking for the best of the new generation of leaders from the region. Will you be one of them?
In March, 2013, MELA will bring together 40 of the region’s most dynamic mid-career leaders from 13 countries in the Middle East for an 11-day Academy, the first phase of an innovative, life-changing experience.
MELA Academy participants know deep down they are leaders but have a profound and continuing desire to explore their talents to become even more powerful and effective, both personally and professionally.
MELA is no ordinary “program” -- It’s not about what you think, but how you think
Not only will you experience world-class instructors and speakers, you will work day and night with over two dozen mentors and facilitators -- not academics, but successful, experienced international business executives who have proven they know how to lead and want to share everything they have learned with you. For 11 days, you are immersed in excellence, learning and honing critical life, leadership and business skills.
The MELA Academy is not easy. You will be challenged, but you will also have fun, creating deep and lasting connections that reach far beyond the classroom.
MELA is not a one-time program that you attend and then leave behind. With MELA, 40 equals 1000
At MELA, something magical happens. You will build lifelong bonds of trust with other leaders across the region and around the world that would usually take years to develop. In the end, you will be more than fellow participants or facilitators -- you will be friends. See what previous MELA participants have to say.
Once you complete this intense 11-day workshop, you will become a full-fledged member of MELA, with access to a global network of business and civil leaders within the region and around the world. MELA will give you access not only to current and past MELA participants, but to a network of sister organizations: the Central Eurasia Leadership Academy (CELA), with 300+ members covering 9 countries, and the 30-year-old Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) representing 800 company heads, civil society leaders and public servants from 25 countries.
Are you up for the challenge?
